VISION PSD Nepal has the vision that in the future every member of the Nepalese society has equal access to basic human rights and standard living conditions. Consequently, all individuals are able to participate and function in social, educational and economic development and grow to their maximum potential. PSD Nepal sees its role in this context as being a platform for communities to expand and explore all possible opportunities and improve livelihood as a whole.
PSD Nepal works in various sectors towards the development
of rural communities and especially emphasizes the needs of the most vulnerable
groups. While aiming their efforts at children, youth, women and disabled
persons, PSD conducts projects in the areas of education, youth development,
health/sanitation, information technology and environment. The empowerment
of these groups is at the center of all conducted measures to create a
more knowledgeable and responsible civil society. |
